It has an in-game guide. Just use the phone (P) to see the character quest details. It's all there. The actions needed, how much affection is required and all that.

The dirty book is a once off item Pixie doesn't sell. If you've talk to her the day after giving Emmi the fantasy book, she sells it to you through dialogue (provided you have 3K gold).
I don't know what happens if you don't have the necessary gold, but if she doesn't give you the option to buy it when you go to her again, I assume you'll probably have to buy another fantasy book, redo event, and then redo Pixie's dialogue to get it.

You need to go to school on Thursday nights (19h00), which will trigger Mabel's event the first time you arrive at the front gate.
You won't be able to steal the answers that same day, so you'll have to go again the following week, triggering Mabel's second event, after which you'll be able to steal the answers.

To get the nude apron scene, on Friday, get the laundry quest from aunt Daisy, pick up all the clothes piles in the house and make sure to also pick up the folded up clothes on her bed, and put it in the laundry basket.
Then, when she's making lunch at 11, she'll be wearing nothing but an apron.
given where its from I get the feeling its from a early release of something in the beta for the next version, ether that or its modded version of the game.
I don't know about this exact image, but there's a small fan mod on the F95zone thread that changes files in the www folder to have penetration for this event (it's only visual and the dialogue doesn't match, just FYI), and also changes the Anna night sex scene to not shrink MC's dong (doesn't affect the x-ray tho).

It's a great game and the progress it hace been through is huge in this couple years since I discovered it. Hope you still succeeding in the following years.

And making it essentially fully controllable with just the mouse is quite clever, for, ahem... obvious reasons.
Will be keeping an eye on further development of this one before I add any critiques/suggestions, strongly considering supporting this one soon, keen to see how it all comes together.

To answer your question yes it does do something it shows what area you can do I'm really not good at explaining in simple terms it shows where you can touch for example groping her butt or rubbing your dick in her butt
but i have clicked on that spot multiple times with her panties on a skirt down just the skirt with panties off and skirt that spot specifically doesn't do anything for me. like i can interact with all the other boxes but the box that is circled doesn't do anything for me???

But I have noticed that you can turn the cheats on for having illimitate money and that if you dream you already have all the scenes of the game.
Is it possible to disable the possibility of dream and cheat? Or maybe download a version where you unlock dreams only when you have done it in the story?
Eh sprta agree on the dream part but it would be pointless to disable cheats since it needs to be manually toggled to begin with do you can just simply not use it.
