File extension is rar. If in doubt, use 7zip, that can handle both.

Outside of Daisy's Farm there is a road (the same one that goes to the school). Follow the road to the top and you get a selection:
Neighbourhood -> Blacksmith
Go there before 3 PM, in the morning is best.
