So... I figured out what my issue was for downloading from external sites. Turns out, one of the extensions I have for Chrome was blocking it. So if anyone else has the same problem, point them towards pop-up blockers as being the reason that's happening.
So, I played a bit of this, and it seems the dream room is missing a few animations. Namely, the one where... I think it's Anna? Your cousin, is stuck in a wall, and you have the option to fuck her. That's one I've seen images for, but haven't seen in the dream room.
The dream room doesn't show everything, mainly images and animation. The sequence with Anna is an interaction, not just a simple animation. I assume that is not easy to include in the dream sequences.

They could put it under "Interactions", and allow the players to interact the same way they do when they unlock it. Theoretically easy enough, especially with RPGMaker doing most of the heavy lifting. There's your problem. You overwrote some of the core files. Unless you mean you were updating and it no longer works...? Because if you were updating, copying the saves to a new folder as backup would be a good idea, followed by copying the new files *after* deleting the game files themselves, keeping the saves folder intact.

this is quite hard, you gotta click the question mark first on the top right corner. and it should show an exit button, click that quickly before it disappears
number with color blue are progress points, if you want to change their progress points, you need to set their progress points to previous one. example if you want to do progress 12 you need to set their progress points into 11, sometimes there's a gap between progress. just follow the previous one, like if there's no 11 and only 10. just go 10

When you hear the sounds you should be outside in the corridor, not in the office. From what I remember you shouldn't just enter but try the other options first.
And on which version do you use? There was a patch a while ago, so recent versions should work fine.

All of these need to be done, otherwise you cannot continue with the Anna questline.
Feedback after completing all content as of 0.3.0.1(bugfix) (apart from Nina’s competition, since I can’t get it to trigger; previously played first release on itch):
game leaks memory - RAM usage keeps increasing with time, e.g. initial 2GB turned into 11GB after 6 hours
time system - personally find it unnecessarily detailed, and that simple times of day (morning etc.) would be better
conditions for many events are way too obscure (time, place, harvest period etc.) and some really can’t be deducted from previous events which makes in-game guide mandatory and that’s not good
schedules are congested on certain hours (e.g. 3PM, 4PM) and mostly empty on others (e.g. 5PM, 8PM, after 10PM) - these are probably placeholders for future activities, but this heavily detracts from gameplay quality right now
it would be nice to have more filler activities other than 3-ish there are right now so spending time could be done without the phone feature (dates with characters are a nice addition)
story
having someone proof-read would go a long way, as would dropping time specific parts (e.g. MC saying ‘tomorrow’, but I got to it 3 in-game weeks later)
more (randomized) variation in dialogue lines for repetitive events would be very nice
overall story is fun but some stages for some characters are too disconnected and too ‘out-of-nowhere’ (I think Nina’s story suffers the most)
some stages stretch too much in time, e.g. since you discover Mabel’s secret she should be on the offensive, not wait for you to catch her again and again (and waiting for another in-game week is annoying), or act quickly with Daisy, as she could have gone cold and hesitant in time for next corn harvest
progression of newer added content is too reliant on a previous content, e.g. you basically have to complete most of Daisy’s content to access the new stuff
relationship mechanics
AP is very imbalanced - both of my playthroughs ended with Anna and Daisy having very high AP (as it easy to get with normal gameplay flow), while AP for some other characters has to be artificially grinded
there could be more small, simple, organic (optionally randomized) interactions with characters (e.g. conversations), which would count towards AP and make characters more interesting
gameplay
farming is cool, but becomes a bit annoying in longer gameplay without some automation mechanics (e.g. crafting a sprinkler scroll)
all forms of QTE are nice and hopefully there will be more forms of minigames in the future
art

Not sure where to post bugs, but a few strange things happen if you do the jogging date to reset time in the day. If you go diving(stung by jellyfish), go on a jogging date photoshoot, refill stam with drinks and food, then go diving again i got hit by a puffer fish and the diving session continued as if nothing happened. When I ran out of air, I got the jellyfish scene again. I am on 2.9
Yes, that is a real bummer with the new weather concept in 3.x. You need to start it when the corn is ripe and you need rain in the evening. So two things must come together and you have only 2 or 3 turns when it needs to happen. Chance is very slim that this will work, especially since you need to go through this three times. Saving the night before and reloading often would be my best bet.
I hope this will get a re-design, right now this is a horrible quest line.
